Design Customization
Choose from six recessed panel designs in three wood species: redwood, cedar and hemlock. Add optional decorative windows (true divided lites) and hardware. Doors can be factory primed, painted or stained. ColorBlast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.
Sustainably Harvested Wood
Clopay uses wood that is harvested from sustainable and naturally fallen forestry

- Heavy-duty hinges, rollers and track provide smooth, quiet, long-lasting operation.
- Standard replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in an optional aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water and protects the bottom of the door.
- A patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension.

"Absolutely gorgeous garage door"
Our garage door is absolutely beautiful. Neighbors stop and compliment it all the time and people have left anonymous notes saying how much they love it...that's how good it looks. One thing to note is that we got the unstained hemlock version so that we could custom stain, and that turned out to be a bit tricky. Our first few attempts did not look good and we had to sand it out and start over...that was our fault for not using the appropriate oil-based stain and trying to use a water-based stain. Save yourself the frustration and use oil-based!! It is beyond gorgeous and also almost totally silent opening and shutting. It completely transformed how our house looks.

"Envy of the neighborhood"
I am the envy of our neighborhood. I live in an area with about 35 houses and have had many of the surrounding home owners stop me and tell me how great they look!! Gary DeJong from American Overhead Door and his team did an amazing job from start to finish with the project. They are true professionals that get it done when they say they are going to.
