The original wood garage door was painted over numerous times and needed replacement. We loved the look of wood, but it is high maintenance and we wanted the energy efficiency of an insulated steel door. Our original thoughts were to replace the old wood door with a white steel door. The new Ultra-Grain door offered the best of both worlds. Our friends and neighbors can't believe it is not wood. Great design - Thanks Clopay! This door was purchased from, and installed by Garage Door Specialists (847-537-6662).
